Network of Student Support

Community Effort and Meaningful Connections

At Western New England University, we believe that student success is everyone's responsibility. That's why we offer a network of support for first-year and transfer students, mentoring programming specifically for sophomores, academic tutoring, faculty advisors for undergraduate and graduate students, career development events, and an entire community of people dedicated to helping each student excel.

Supporting students is more than a job here. It is simply what we do, naturally. It is those personal connections, from the dining staff member who not only remembers how you like your favorite sandwich but also comes to graduation to cheer you on, to the professor you text from the elevator when you land your dream job, that makes Western New England so much more than great University to earn a degree.

Our Resident Advisors Rock!

Each residence hall floor has an upperclassman who serves as your Resident Advisor (RA). It is the advisor’s job to provide support, answer questions, and connect you to resources to adjust to campus life. RAs also organize fun activities for you to build connections with your floor mates.
